i have a question about flirting. this girl i kind of know, and really want to know a lot more, flirts a little bit with me. i just don't know if she does it with all the guys or if she's just doing it with me cause she likes me.

the flirting is fairly subtle, but, definitely easy for me to notice.

is there a way to tell if the flirting is just flirting, or if the flirting is her way of telling me she likes me.

This weekened my frineds and I got into a debate about flirting. I told them that I see nothing wrong with flirting. I have a man and we both flirt. We appreciate the beauty in everyone we see and we let it be known to them that they are beatufil. Well my frineds say that they would kill theri man if they caught him flirting. I say that it's harmless and healthy. As long as no numbers are exchanged and no sexual contact is made, what's the problem? I argued that everyone loves to hear that they look good, or that they are beautiful, so why not just tell them? Would you be upset at a person that told you you were beautiful or flirted a little with you? I have no rpoblem with my man flirting and he doesn't have a problem with me flirting. How many of you think flirting is harmless? How many of you would be upset with your s/o if you caught them flirting?

I was asked to go to a party with a friend. Now is friend really likes me but i do not like her in the same way. Plus my room mate likes her and she knows it. I get to the party and everyone there is 18 to 22 i am 30. Through out the night i have girl talking and flirting with me. I flirted back but did not go beyond word flirting. Now the friend i went to the party with tells my roomie that everyone at the party was saying sh-t about me. Because i was flirting with the girls who were flirting with me. Everyone talks about flirting, but rarely do people define what they mean by flirting. You hear things like, "He flirted with me" or "I could tell she liked me because she flirted with me all night." So, when you use the word "flirting" what do you mean by it? Give examples. How do you distinguish between a touch-feely person and a person who is flirting with you?

Is flirting ok even if you are married or in a serioius relationship? Would you be upset if you found out your partner was flirting at work? Is flirting harmless or asking for trouble?
