Most of the time my guy is as hard as he can be. What does it mean if a guy is not completely hard?

This weekend me and my guy were being intimate. We are very close. Just recently he has not been that aroused where he is supper hard. Just when we get into it he loses it. I can still fell it but it is not intense.

By the other day he was so hard that I am a little brusied inside so it was ok that he wasn't that hard. I just want to know why he isn't so hard and what I can do to make he harder. Does it mean that he is not interested when he is not hard?

endless hard on

So, I'm out with this guy and I keep encountering something, his hard on. Whats wrong with me? I never get hard or turned on without something touching my penis. Ill be making out with my girlfriend, naked, rubbing her tits and vagina, and i won't get hard. All my friends said they get hard after kissing for a little bit or when the girl takes off her bra and they hold eachother. Help I need some booty!!!!

I just recently started sleeping with my best friend. But that is not even the problem. The problem is sometimes he is not able to get hard or if he does he loses it quite quickly. We will be fooling around and he is hard, but then (only sometimes) he just goes limp and he cant get it back hard. HE says it has never happened to him before and that I just make him really nervous. What is the deal? I mean he can get hard so what causes him to lose it so suddenly? hard nipples

Okay this may seem wierd but my nipples never get hard!! The only time they do is when I'm reallllly cold! That's hardly ever! It's really embarrassing when I'm having sex beacuse they deffintiely look better when they are hard! Does anyone know how to make them hard and stay hard??

A Question for the men...

Okay, this is really blunt, but I want to know and none of my friends have experienced anything like this before and frankly I haven't either.

Are you ready? Here goes...
I've been dating a guy who has been having trouble getting hard. I don't know what the problem is and I've asked him if it was me and whatever. He said he doesn't know what's going on. Which is no help, but I believe him. Well, the other night he was kinda hard and tried to put it in (which was weird) , but he actually came. With absolutely no pleasure to me, but I was at least happy he made it that far. I had no idea that could happen. Anyway, why would a guy work so hard at getting me horny and undressed and all of that and then not be ready to go? Wouldn't you prolong the undressing part until you were hard and ready? I'm not getting it on that end and I also don't understand why he can't get hard or all the way hard. Any suggestions or comments would help. Easy on me, I'm feeling a little unsecure with myself and this issue.

Guys, after say age 30-35 did you notice...

Guys, after say age 30-35 did you notice a change in how hard your erections get and how long they can stay hard? The last two lovers I have had (41 yrs old and 36yrs old) seem to sometimes have periods where it might be really hard, then go kind of soft then get hard again..usually during oral sex (which they said was great) I am wondering if this is normal or I am doing something wrong. Oh and with the one guy it seemed to happen if we had been out drinking for the evening....any thoughts?
