Hi there

In order for you to reach your goal of getting bigger arms and muscles is to find your max. benchpress amount first. And with that, you start with lower amount of weights(less heavy) and more reps and sets. From there you can do what is called circuit or pyramid training. Pyramid training is my favourite because it strengthens by weight. Here is how you do it. You start with either your lowest amount of weight you can lift or anywhere inbetween and lift for 1, then lift another counting as 1. Then you go up to 2, press 1, 2 then down 2,1 all the way to ten doing it forwards and backwords. Also to get bigger you should be altering your weightlifting from cardio to weights every other day. Give ur muscles time to rest or they will tear themselves by overlifting. You can also take protein to help liftas it provides energy to keep pumping. When you feel ur arms give in its the lactic acid build up in the arms..don't do more. Also tone your arms which will help build more mass.

This is a good question. I used to Powerlift competitively. The way we increased our benchpress was to do lots of tricep work. Triceps are one of the most overlooked muscles when trying to increase your benchpress. I would suggest trying to incorporate tricep presses to help with the bench increase. I would also recommend doing inclined bench presses to help strengthen the upper Deltoids. This should help you show in increase. Now as far as size on your arms. You can do alot of bicep curls to make that muscle larger. Hope this helps you out some.

Heaps of workouts on the net for you to find.
Best advice though is dont forget that much of the guys that look big or muscular dont necessarily do the heaviest weights, they do them right and have very little body fat.
Make sure your diet is good and u have minimal body fat, then your results look allot better.

try the xxxxxxxxxx forums. thats your best bet as far as finding information on the internet goes. however, don't be discouraged if you find out that its not as easy as you thought it was going to be, just stick with it and stay away from seemingly easy shortcuts to see lasting gains.
