This is a silly question but im gonna ask it anyway cause im bored.......lol.....her e lately i see my EX b/f online but we don't speak or date any longer...anyway, i have been having a bit of trouble staying online sometimes..so i get booted a few times while im online.Now I noticed my ex b/f leaves and comes back too a few times when i see him online.......is it maybe he gets booted too or is he messing with me cause i know im still on his buddy list still...what cha think?

I think you shouldn't really give a shit or think that much into it.
It could definitely be a factor of things from him getting booted too, to going offline when you do and then once he see's you back on.. he puts himself back up as on. Whoooooo knows? Whoooo will ever know?!

He is probably just getting booted too-- if he was worried about you he could just block you on the buddy list and you'd never see him.
