It depends on how they view their father. If they look up to him maybe they will think its ok and do it too. If they despise him for it then they probably wont. It depends on the situation.

My father cheated on my mother, and he has cheated on all his "girlfriends" since then. He pretends he is in a serious relationship, but can never get enough from one person. I've been in about three serious relationships, and dated one cheater. I stayed with him because I figured I knew how the game is runned, and I've seen my father time after time do it. I only became stressed, and unhappy but felt I had to prove to everyone he would change. I didn't want to let everyone know, I picked my father's type.
