I'm smiling...now tip me! lmao

I want some advice/tips from yah all...okay as yah all know that I am waitressing at a sports bar/restaurant...(no suess, I don't drink while working)/lol/...anyhoot I've benn making some descent tips but I know I can do better...I want better tips, If I was your waitress what could I do in order to get a great tip from yah?

First of all, always introduce yourself, and try to get your customer's names as well (shake their hands if possible!) then anytime you check on them, call them by name because it makes you guys seem like old friends and you'd never tip your old friend poorly. Make sure that you tell them to come see you again, and have fun and smile.

I tip 20% generally.. if the service is great (i get my soda refilled before i have to ask, get more napkins before i ask, check on me when my mouth is NOT full, stop in more than once, wait on me ASAP and time the food drops JUST right..)
i've given 30+%

for me, looks and skin showing aren't tip worthy

Be attentive, but not hovering. Be friendly. Try to anticipate needs like condiments, extra napkins for those with young one's, drinks, etc. Smile, smile, smile.

Make eye contact is good. Makng physical contact, touching each patron, always makes better tips.

the closer they get to the bottom, the thirstier we get.

the hotter you are, the more revealing you dress, the more you flirt, the more money most men will leave. but, you are past your expiration date my dear so it will be much harder to pull off
