First, you need a willing partner.

Then you have to agree to have phone or internet (cyber)sex.

It helps to know a bit about each other. What turns you on. What turns the other person on. Pictures can help. And they can hurt. This is mostly sex using your biggest sex organ, your brain. You need to imagine haveing sex with the other person. You get to talk each other into arousal and orgasm for women. Ejaculation for men.
