I tried NoX2 for a while.. but I didn't use it consistently enough for results. I also don't think it was appropriate enough for my uses.

I'm a cyclist, and my goal was to help build my legs and abs while riding. I don't do any lifting, other than pushups and pilates for core muscle development.

The aerobics of cycling trim muscle in addition to the fat burn, so I try to offset it with something that helps build lean muscle.

Just today.. I picked up NoXplode, and since it's a powder drink, I'm more prone to use them, then remembering to take pills.

I have a 60 serving container, so I'll be using it daily for the next 2 months. It's from BSA and I've read some good things about their products, and seen some good reviews for NoXplode.

Hopefully, it will work out, as I'm really looking to add more lean muscle to my legs and to start defining my abs.

I've already lost the excess body fat and weight I wanted to lose.. not I've *got* to start adding lean muscle mass.

Working out and eating right is the only way to lose fat - anything else is just making the supplement companies rich off of you. In case you didn't know, supplements are unregulated by the US government. It is totally legal for them to say whatever they want about their product - even if it is a plain lie. More facts you may not know: Supplement companies publish weight and muscle magazines purely to sell their products. Every supplement tells you that you have to work out for the product to have full effect (hello, if you do that, is it the product or the workout that's helping to burn the fat?) ...Supplement companies routinely quote "Scientific Research" when it comes to their products but fail to name the institution and their contribution to that institution. Finally, almost ALL of the before and after pictures are staged: They take a picture of a lean looking dude and call it "After", then they pay him a lot of money to PUT ON weight, take another picture and call it "Before."
If anything, supplements will burn off the last 1 - 2 percent of fat if you have 8 percent body fat measurement, but they won't do anything to bring you to that 8 percent fat level - only working out and eating right will bring you to 8 or less percent.
