The first time I did it we used a condom and he went really slow and after a while it didn't hurt. The condom made it easier to deal with. I know guys like to do it in the ass up, face down position but the least painful way is laying down on your side and him behind you. You would pretty much be at the same angle so it's easier to take him in especially if he is a big guy. Just make sure to take your time or it will be very painful.
