What Does "NLT" Mean?

Can anyone tell me what 'NLT' means? Someone wrote that in an email I just got and I'm not familiar with this particular acronym (I assume its an acronym)

This was a work email from a U.S. Customs officer, so maybe its some sort of military/law enforcement jargon? I'm trying to schedule some training sessions with one of their field offices, and the whole sentence was, " I will have more info NLT 6/20/08 of exactly which sites are interested."

He/she should not use abbreviations unless he is sure you understand them.
Different entities use shortened abbreviations that others do not understand...especially in the government.
