A Married Girl (Female, 36-45, Home Maker) asked:

This causes us to age faster...what is it?

Update: August 07, 2008.
Yes...almost everything that you all mentioned does cause you to age fast.. BUT the #1 cause is ''Stress''...oh yeah...you stress you start to get lines and it shows in your eyes...that's why I'm hot...cause I brush off the little things in life/LOL..So DON'T stress yah all...take ONE proble at a time...muahz

You stop aging the moment you die. So in the meantime, I am going to enjoy all my vices while I still can and maybe even try a few new ones.

This wasn't a serious question, was it?

Excercise.

Excercise releases free radicals into the blood stream. Free radicals are the leading known cause of aging (also released through smoking, and sun exposure).

This is the reason I don't pump iron! lol

Stress will put years unto your life. It taxes the internal organs and causes your brain's connection misfire. The sun can make you look older, though.

Not using Oil of Olay Age Defying Daily Renewal Cream. The lady on the advert told me it was true so it must be.

But if that is not the answer then living causes us to age faster. If we dont live (ie we die) we dont age.
