Seeing how far I'm away from some of my goals makes me stressed, especially if my mind is occupied with it. I try to look back and see how far I have walked, what achievements I a have accomplished, and my success stories. Remembering these things make me feel content with my current position in life.

Some people like their life becasue it's going to plan itself. Others feel they've had a raw deal and others accepts whatever fate throws at them. The way we feel about our life seems to depend on how good we are at working out what we want. How content we are in life is linked with how in touch we are with our inner selves.

I am content in where my life has gone and the activities I've chosen, definitely no regrets; achieving goals and aspirations have helped me become content and I look forward to continuing! I think it's important to be content, there's a difference between contentedness and settling b/c nothing else is turning up; seizing moments and opportunities makes life interesting and pleasurable - being ok with where one is marks being content but everyones definitions are different. Great question.

I'm not completely content, and I don't think it is good to be content, because then you stop striving to better yourself.

It's alright to be content, but not to the point of complacency.
