Why can't you just have "period sex"? It's great for cramps and you are usually hornier when on your period!

Mine just arrived for Christmas! Yay Me!

Nothing safe, and if anything, a prescription from your doctor, go tell him what you want to do.

Baby. What can you do to prevent the tide from rising?

There is no magic to be found here.

Just tell your guy and put a dark towel down on the bed beneath you like the rest of us. And shower of course.

This is a normal part of life.

Your man will understand. If he doesn't. teach him.

if zou still have a month until he comes home, you can use the pill (a month meaning that you ll start taking the pill on your first period day and the next period can be then "manipulated". however, if you haven't taken the pill efore, it's gonna be a messy issue: headaches, breast pain the works. First contact with the pill is often a problem.

If that is not an option, the only other thing you can do besides going bloody (if he s game that is also an option -provided he uses a condom) is a soft tampon. I don't know whether you have those in the US, but we do here in Europe. Until recently they could only be found in sexshops, starting recently also in normal drug stores.

google for soft tampons and see where you can get them (use the smallest! - I got the medium ones and they were too big...)

Other than what I said there is no way to stop your period. You could just enjoy or make him wait.

Why do you need to stop it? You can have sex when you're on your period.

If he's squeamish about a few little blobs of blood then he can use a condom. He probably should be doing that anyway.

Go on just do it. There's no law that says you can only want each others' bodies for three weeks out of four. Do it. Show each other what you feel and express it through some hot sex.

Some may not agree with me, but you can gently use some of that stuff you use when feeling "not so fresh." Keep in mind that having a marathon session may not something you plan for this day!!!

Use the Instead. It is like a diaphragm and will hold the blood in. Note of caution: if he thrusts deeply, the Instead can be a bitch to get out because obviously it is slippery.

Although you can't really 'stop' a period, there are ways to manipulate them so that they come before or after your boyfriend gets back...start using birth control pills and you won't have them when he gets home because you will have the birth control pills help to 'stop' them from coming...but if you don't want to do that then just have sex in the shower or on your bed, but make sure if you do it in the bed that you have something underneath that will be 'easy' to clean up afterward...:D
