well when i feel overwhelmed (which isn't often) i just slow down. I stop and pay attention to the things around me.

procrastination is the theif of time... to minimize it i organzie the things i need to do.

I always know that I'm worthy,
I always know that i can make things happen for me if no one else can
I lso know that how my life goes is a choice and that we all have choices.

When I was quite young, I had the same problems.
Then, I worked for female Master Sgt. who taught me how to, "get my sh*t together", and I've never had a problem since.

It's really very simple: If you have a lot to do, you take the time to sit-down and make a list of everything you need to do and rank it by deadline...what's most pressing/urgent and consider how long the task will take.
Then, you start.
Getting started is half-the-battle.
As you finish a task, you mark it off the list.
If a new task comes up, you add it or make a new list.
Getting things done and marking those tasks off the list, helps to keep you going.

I think just getting up off your ass and doing something, anything, is half the battle won. Once you make that move you've accomplished something. Procrastinating makes things worse, not better, because sooner of later you've got to deal.
