Ive stayed a steady 170 5'10. In HS I was a wrestler, 152 class, so I was constantly forcing my weight down. But even during training I was a solid 163. Since then Ive stayed in shape and put on couple pounds, but I was too skinny back then for my liking. Im happy where I am now, although I wouldn't another 5-10 pds.

Now, a few months after pregnancy, I'm 128. I'm going rowing today to try to get back my form:) Wish me luck!

I'm 5ft. The BMI for a 5ft person is 93 lbs-123 lbs. I lost 25lbs last year, so I went from being 150 lbs to 125 lbs. You are only over weight if you are 25 lbs -129.9 lbs over your BMI. The highest I've gotten to after losing 25 lbs, was 133.5, but I'm aroung 127 lbs now. I fluculate a lot.

115lbs. and I'm 5'3". I've never weighed that little as an adlut. In high school, I weighed 120. But, I had started eating healthy (nothing processed, no sugar, no alcohol) and exercising about 10 years ago - I was at the gym 5 days a week.

About 3 years ago, I stopped working out so much. It took about 3 years for my weight to creep up to 130 lbs. I just got sick and tired of being a gym rat. I still eat fairly healthy, and I walk daily and will go to the gym to lift weights a couple of days a week for about 30 minutes, I just don't spend HOURS working out anymore.

5'1" and 91 lbs., but that only last a week or so. Lowest weight I've been for an extended period of time is 94ish (those few pounds can make a big difference when you're petite!).

Currently, I'm around 105. Although I'd like to lose a few pounds, I think I'm definitely healthier and more fit now than when I was at my lowest.

5'10" and the lowest I got was 172, 3 pounds lighter than I graduated high school! It wasn't a good look on me, though- I was dying and waiting for a new heart, which I received 5 years ago. I have my ordinary life back because someone chose to do something extraordinary- to be an organ donor. . . to be a hero.

Sadly I'm back to 210 but working on it every day!
