You don't need your legs do you? Chainsaw - legs = weight loss.

you can't lose it fast. It will take you 2 to 3 months. However, if you do the right things your body will start looking a lot better in 1 month.

1. Overhaul your diet- lean proteins, steamed vegetables, carbs like brown rice and beans
2. Cardio 5 to 6 times per week for 30 minutes to 90 minutes
3. weight training 2 to 3 times a week

It's not the healthiest solution but Medifast.com has shakes that you could use to loose weight pronto.

You don't. Anything worth having is worth working for. Work out, stay in the activity, and real and lasting results will come over time.

Lots of water
Lots of Fiber
3 - 6 SMALL (Snack size) meals

And of course fats are your enemy

Also Cardio work outs like 20 - 30 minutes on the treadmill or 1.5 miles running. do this 3 to 5 times a week. Of course monitor your Hear Rate and make sure you are actually working out and not wasting your time.

With cardio workouts you should be monitoring your Heart Rate and and make sure you hit your target HR and maintain it for 20 minutes at least, this is done to ensure your working out.
