that is how it is, i can get all decked out, and yes i catch dudes checking me out, but when i'm in a rush or just being plain out lazy, as throwing my hair in a pony tail, sweats sneaks, .. i get all eyes on me. one time a dude almost broke his neck, i was crossing at a green light and i was like wtf i had to turn and actually look to see if someone else was behind me.... i don't know what it is.. but go figure..
