Mousse is good because it's light & airy & fluffy....blueberry cheesecake is my choice, though....oh...strawber ry shortcake...yummy!

Something chocolate, or tiramisu, which is my favorite if it's a really good tiramisu.
Since I am a pastry chef by trade it is kind of hard to eat desserts at some restaurants because I know I can make better myself :)

chocolate layer cake;)plenty of frosting w/a scoop of vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup drizzled over the whole thing! so yummy it gave me a stomach ache;)
