Little things cannot spoil my day at all.

But the big ones sure as hell can.

People...more so the big ones than the little ones. Kids and animals are great. So called grown ups, not always so much. Rarely do I let them spoil my day though, I just remove myself from the "problem".

I can think of several things, but I wouldn't classify them as "little". Then again, if it's little it's not going to spoil my day. Ok, so what I first thought of was running into my ex-husbands lovely (stupid/piece of #@*:) ex-mistress. Not only would it spoil my day, but probably everyone that I come in contact with that day.

bolts of negative energy coming off of other people---they literally make me ill...and, if I can't escape, then it can certainly ruin an otherwise lovely day.

Fortunately, I'm lucky in that I can escape most times.

Good evening, argie. I don't let the little things bother me anymore. With all the tragedies and bad things happening around the world, everything else seems petty to me. Life is too short to stress over things that really don't matter. I have nothing to worry about, anyway. I'm not over in the Mideast fighting in a war or wondering about where my next meal's coming from or whether my job that I've had for the past 20 years or so is going to be gone the next day. These are the things that would REALLY be bothering me, argie.
Have a good one! :)

If my husband and I have an argument, or heated discussion before he goes to work, we both end up having crappy days and get depressed. So, if we do have a fight or argument, it sets the tone for the whole day - stressful anxiety! Ugh.

I am a sensitive person, to all things .I take half and less

of the recommended dosage of meds, pick up peoples energy's

yelling, violence, some one being really nasty might throw me

Not a lot spoils my whole day but I might get thrown for a bit

some times by little things.

And then sometimes it was nothing significant but I can get

triggered into anxiety and panic some times

embarrassingly enough.

And then sometimes I am just solid .

I would have to say when/if the power goes off during the night and I end up waking up late and have to rush around because I'm running late...or when I'm having a good day and get home to find that my older sister has caused another argument in the family and is mad at everyone just because she is mad at one of us...but I'm just glad this doesn't happen all the time...:D
