Do you reuse water bottles?

If so, do you worry that they have the potential to make you sick?

I do, I have done for ages, and I've never been sick from it so I wont worry about it.

my daughter collects them and takes them to her school, i guess they recycle them for money for the school.

the only time we reuse them is when we are on roadtrips. we will buy bottled water and than fill them up with juice or something while in the car, so we don't have to stop numerous times.

I don't reuse them but I don't buy them unless I'll be away from a faucet long enough to need water. I am *trying* to be earth friendly.

You mean like the type that is for hiking or on your gym equipment or like the kind you buy with bottled water like Poland springs?

Only my stainless steel one. I don't reuse plastic bottles anymore. I used to put them in the freezer new but no more. I hear it releases the toxins in the plastic.

I have water bottles that I use specifically when I'm going to class or travelling in my car because I would hate to 'waste' water bottles or any bottles by buying them from a store and then throwing them away later...I also always wash them with hot water and rinse them in hot water so that I know they are clean...even though it is an 'extra' job to keep them clean, I would much rather know that I'm drinking from a 'fresh and clean' bottle then to re-use one that I'm not sure of...:D

My current plastic bottle was being used for 8 months! Its been everywhere with me so far. To the beach, to the rugby, walks up hills and sitting under the seat of my car.
Haven't got sick yet!
