Just wash it with Hydrogen Peroxide. Then rinse it with laundry bluing.

I'm pretty sure Just for Men is a semi-permanant or maybe even a wash out color. In any case, I wouldn't put anything on top of it. You may end up with an even bigger mess, once the color washes out. Even semi-permanant color only lasts for about 30 days. If you lighten your hair with any type of chemical (which won't wash out) you will end up with some unknown, unintended color.

If your color is really bad, see a professional. They are the only ones that are going to know how to fix what has been done.

Neutrogena and other companies make a shampoo that washes out unnatural substances.
I think you can probably find it on neutrogena.com.
You will have to wash it several times before you see a noticeable difference.
I think it is called clarifying shampoo.
