Should people be force to take health care; be fined if they don't?

Universal Healthcare

I think universal healthcare is great. But healthcare is a two-way street. If people want to be "taken care of" they need to share in the responsibility... duty... of being accountable. Why should I have to bear the burden of a person who smokes, drinks, does drugs, and is morbidly obese. It is unfair to the people who take care of themselves and lead a healthy lifestyle. Life Insurance companies have actuarial tables for people who smoke, and are over certain weights. Some airlines actually reduce airfares for passengers who are height and weight proportionate. The Japanese government went so far as to compel citizens to weigh in, and gave overweight citizens sixty days to lose an appropriate amount of weight. My question is: Should people be accountable to society as a whole be compelled to lead a healthier lifestyle, in order to contain medical costs for everyone?
