Is she interested? Another 3 For All...

Ok a girl I am trying to date more seriusly keeps cancelling our dates even though we have lots of fun chatting online or on the phone. I met her online btw.

We had one date which was pretty good, we talked a lot more on the trip home, and kind of winged the date, but it wasn't bad. She cancelled my two next offers because of rain, then the fourth offer for a second date she cancelled for a long trip out of country. In all this time we've talked a lot online, however she never says 'hi' to me or starts the chat, I do on an online chat thingie....so I asked her if she'd like to do something when she got back and she said sure she'd call me when she got back....she didn't and i asked her if she wanted to do something this weekend and she said she's see. anyways it's been a month or so since the first date and i am really really really thinking she likes my personality/mind but is not physically attracted to me. if a girl likes a guy she'll make time for him right? can i subtly or bluntly ask her if this is the case? or do i have enough clues already...what do you think?
