So it has been over 4 dates? Is she still really interested?

Ok, so I met this nice girl online. We emailed then talked on the phone. Then met up for a first date. Then progressively went out on a few more fun dates, over the next few weeks. We don't talk or text much during the week but talk for hours on our dates. We kissed on the second date. She even let me stay over one night after a fun night out with her, and nothing happened just a lot of making out. She even suggested next time she wants to come over my place to hang out. So she said she would call me that Sunday and let me know when she was coming over. Didn't hear from her... she apologized in a text and said she was sick. Didn't hear from her at all again for a week... I remembered her favorite soup, so I went and got her some. I left it on her front step, left and texted her that I dropped something off. Finally she called and said "That made her night, and why didn't I knock" and "That was so sweet" and "I will give you a call". It has been a few days and again, heard nothing from her. I got curious and checked out her online dating profile and it showed she was online??? I really like her, and this is very rare for me. I am picky and have dated all the wrong girls. I know if I chase her too much it will scare her off. What the heck do I do, I just really want to spend more time with her and get to know her better. By the way I am 30 and she is 26. I spent most of my 20's dating and being immature. This is the first time I feel this way. It is really ticking me off. Is this girl interested in me? or just playing games?

Update: November 20, 2009.
Called her already. I called her maybe 2 or 3 times over the past 2 weeks. Straight to voicemail, and yes I left messages. Her responses were texts "I will give you a call". Then few days go by- no call

what should i do about it, give space or pressure?!

hey all,

ok i know a girl in my class since 3 months ago and its really going well, she is so nice and funny like me :P, and she knows that i do like her but i havnt said it at all, and im 70% sure she likes me back (why there isnt any 100% for guys in the world! grrr)
because of her actions by teasing, hitting, looking, smiling alot with each other ...

so today i wanted to say to her to confess that and we were alone chatting then i just did it and then she said nothing but smiled and said thanks cuz i metioned the thinks i like in her .

so i didnt hear any answer and the class mates came so i couldn't continue, then she stayed sitting beside me studying and everything was fine..
*********************** *********************** ***
this is the most important thing, is that after i told her its like she went in another world not focusing cuz her girlfriends had to repeat the question 2 times so she got it cuz first time she was rly away, then in the class she was also not focused in the class but sitting still and thinking i dunno how to say it!, its like sleeping with open eyes!

and now its week end, so pressure her and talk with her these days or give her space wait for her reaction on monday?

and was that NO from the begining or i cant figer it out now?!

Obama and the economy: supposedly the new credit card laws were supposed to help us. How is it that

the APR on at least 3 of my credit card rates has increased by 3 to 6 points ??? And I have good credit. And so have the default rates increased, which of course I would avoid at all costs. So, personally, the new credit card laws backfired for me. what about you? Did they help you in any way, or give you any advantages?

You know you're getting old when....

You know your getting old when your husband asks if you want to go out tonight and you tell him "no" seeing as we are going out tomorrow night. Then he responds "yeah probably a good idea so we don't have to feel like crap for two days."

Now I remember a time where I would go out every night of the week with the exception of Tuesday nights. Call this our rest night...LOL! All the while I was working and going to school. Even later in life I could hang all weekend. Well not anymore. Again I'm getting old!

*Prince or a FRAUD? Cold feet.

*My recent boy has been pursuing me from day one. He was the one who asked us to start dating and sets up every date. My dad is coming into town this wknd (He never comes and prob wont meet my guy for a long time after) and my guy is freaked to meet him. His exact words were "Nah, I'll pass, too soon!" After we got off the phone, he said he'll go if I want. It's half hearted. Why is he pursuing this relationship but freaked out to do coffee with my dad and I. Is this sounding shady?

I am enforcing rules in this house!!!

I am making a list of rules and a cleaning list for all of us to follow--I am getting a new roommate and want to make sure things are set before she moves in and understands them. My other roommate needs to follow them because she is lazy and messy. I have the "master lease holder" and have the authority to politely ask them to leave ie kick a roommate out if I find a good reason. I am just too nice right now, so I figure if theres a typed list with signatures...

Anyway, know any good rules in case a situation comes up that would need addressing? Also, how do you think the chores should be split up? Kitchen, bathroom, living room--and should I include on there how often my roommate needs to clean out the litter box, or is that pushing it? (she cleans it MAYBE once a week and has two cats)

Sanity or no sanity?

I am currently unemployed, live with my sister, and am her primary caregiver. She is terminally ill from ovarian cancer. My focus is taking care of her. She is at the point she needs someone to be in the same room with her at all times.

I live here along with her husband and son who is 36 years old. Neither one of them do anything around the house to help. I do it because if I don't my sister will attempt to do it even though she can't stand for more than 5 minutes. I have talked with both of them expressing my need for help. It works for a couple days. I try to leave the house at least once a week sometimes two. There are weeks that I don't leave the house at all because my brother-in-law won't sit with her or just leaves the house. I'm beginning to go insane.

Here is my question. Am I being selfish in wanting to leave here every day and let my brother-in-law figure out what to do during the day? I would come back at night to take care of her since that is the time she really wants me here.

I hope all this makes sense.

Well That's Odd, Michael...

What quirky, cute or unusual habit does your S/O have that you adore? That you hate?

My s/o calls me by full first name which is odd. It's usually shortened to "Tiff". But he calls me "Tiffany" frequently in conversation and I find it odd to hear but endearing because it's uniquely "his" thing.

He has a bad habit of chewing his fingernails and the skin around them sometimes. Those little chewed nubs scrape me sometimes...ugh. Lol

"she told me she always has a boyfriend"

someone i was considering dating told me she always has a boyfriend. i think she has a guy and when she finds someone more compatible, then she breaks up with the guy she is with. is this common?

the other type seems to be the women looking for "the One" and will go for long periods without anyone while striving for this objective. this type thinks that the first type is "bad" as not being the right way to do it, maybe thats what they were taught as a little girl..

does this resonate with anyone? if you are a woman, which type is closest to matching who you are?
