My grandmother has brain cancer...anybody went through this before?

My grandmother is 80 and she was just diagnosed w brain cancer and the tumor is already 4 centimeters long. The neurologist said that there are 3 options- one to let it be and when the pain starts just give her morphine until she is gone. 2- to operate but even so the chances are slim for survival during surgery and up to a year after recovery. 3- radiation or chemo.
I am devasted because she raised me and it is such a shock to digest this but a decision needs to be made and I think that none of them are fair...or any good. She wouldnt handle chemo or radiation, she is too weak. Should we just let it me? and let her enjoy her last 3-6 months? i am sad beyond words..
