Why do ladies read so much into things?

Are you ladies ever going to learn men don't speak in code? We keep saying and showing you that we don't. Yet some of you are still determined to "find" some sort of hidden meaning in our words, which only serves to drive both of us crazy.

So why bother?

My bf and I had a conversation yesterday while I was on the phone with him I was in the gym running on the treadmill. He stated " I don't understand why you are pushing yourself to lose weight" I stated remember what I told you (I told him I wanted to lose weight to be at a healthy weight so next year when we planned to start a family my weight would be healthy for my size and height)He said Its your body and I support your decision but feel that its not important. I said but I don't want to be fat. And he stated it doesn't matter what point was he trying to make by saying this?

Has anyone here had a pulmonary embolism?

I just got out of the hospital a couple of days ago - clots in both lungs. I feel like crap - terrible fatigue, terrible chest/back pain on my right side. Just feel beat up. I'm wondering how long this lasts? I know everyone is different but I'm concerned about thins like: how long before I can realistically return to work, do regular activities (like clean my apt and take my poor dogs on an actual walk rather than just downstairs to use the bathroom). I still feel short of breath even when not doing anything but lying around.

If anyone else has been through this I'd really appreciate hearing about your experience and any advice you can offer.
