Help me make out my feelings

It is nearly two years I have known a guy, we started to date for about for months and then broke up for no reason. He periodically calls me, we meet from time to time and he offers to start the relationship again.
So my fear is there is something wrong with me because the times he is far I want him,I miss him badly but as we come close to each other he stops to interest me, I don't want him any more.
Can you explain what is wrong?

Me? Married once and divorced once... Married at 19 and divorced at 32.... I learned that liking the same generic songs,movies and comdeians was not much to base anything more than a friendship on... We had extremely different moral,religious,politic al and social values.. I have found someone who is a very good match with my values...and will be my last partner.........

From the Northwest Florida Daily News comes this story of a Crestview couple who drove their car to Wal-Mart, only to have their car break down in the parking lot. The man told his wife to carry on with the shopping while he fixed the car in the lot.

The wife returned later to see a small group of people near the car. On closer inspection, she saw a pair of male legs protruding from under the chassis.. Although the man was in shorts, his lack of underpants turned private parts into public ones. Unable to stand the embarrassment, she dutifully stepped forward, quickly put her hand UP his shorts, and tucked everything back into place. She took a deep breath and stood up boldly to face the crowd.

She looked across the hood and found herself staring at her husband, who had been standing idly by.

Stuck on the past. How do I let go of abusive past?

With the holidays approaching I always get filled with anxiety and sadness over spending time with my abusive parents.

I've been through years of therapy to establish my own self-worth and make a nice life for myself, etc. For the most part I put my parents out of my mind, or simply feel sorry for them because they don't know any better than to be the way they are.

Still when I am face-to-face with them, all of those horrible feelings come rushing back and I feel like a hopeless four year old. They always say hurtful things which I try to ignore but they cut me to the core.

I know I need to forgive and forget FOR ME, I know I'm only hurting myself by not letting go, etc.... but my question is HOW do I get past it and move on? Can someone tell me HOW?

Why would a guy tell me on a first date he will not always be able to take me out to dinner?

My date make sure to tell me he will not always be able to take me out to dinner even though I paid for the dessert and coffee we had a different location after dinner. He decided to tell me this after taking me home and in the middle of a serious make out session. He did mention that because of his career choice many times he is broke.
