Where to start. I grew up in Columbus (yes, I went to Ohio State and yes, I'm a Buckeye), moved to New York then Los Angeles and back East to South Carolina. That was 1963 to 2008. Who knows where I'll be for the second half of my life...?? LOL!

I'm a Scientologist. I do not tend to shove my beliefs down people's throats. If you don't know what Scientology is, ask me.
(Note: Please do NOT assume you "know" about Scientology because you've read the articles in Time or Reader's Digest or the National Enquirer, or seen the Jason Beghe videos, or you hate Tom Cruise [who, btw, is a very nice, upbeat, happy person who loves his wife and daughter very much].

I own a small photography business in South Carolina's largest county. My S/O and I share ownership - he'd always wanted to get a business started, then I came along and got it started for him. It does very well, especially during Spring and Summer.

I published my first book in June 2007. It's called "Pivot Points - Poetry of a Life." I'm working on manuscript #2, but one just can't rush poetry... LOL:)

I won't go into number of languages spoken or number of instruments played - for both, it's a lot.

I say what I mean and I mean what I say. Some don't like it, that won't make me sugar-coat anything just because someone wants to hear what they want to hear (which isn't necessarily the truth). That also doesn't mean I am not compassionate or empathetic to someone's situation. But I've found the best help in advice is to speak one's truth and help others find theirs...
